What Are Nightly Notes?
- They're the opposite of Morning Pages.
- So they're written at night instead of first thing in the morning.
- They are typed instead of handwritten,
- They're public instead of private,
- They're guided by questions instead of flowing freely
- A completed entry consists of six questions and six answers instead of three pages
- Since they are public others are allowed to comment on them
For an interesting variation on daily writing see 100 words.

It is 12:21 pm.
- who impressed me the most today? I'm in hermit mode so I have to use default people (my family). My daughter impressed me today. I was in a foul, childish mood and kept frowing at her and being negative and she didn't join me in the evilness. She can usually outdo me in that department and use to relish in the opportunity but today she was more adult than I was.
- what did I do all day? hung out on line while the plumber unclogged our main line and reset the tolit and ?? what other phrases do I remember? never mind, I'll remember the cost for a while.
- when did I leave the house today? 3:30 pm
- where did I go today? momma's to get JT and to 611 Main to pay parking fines. Why did I not get free parking passes when I got the car? answer me someone.
- why didn't I get more done today? That strange tiredness came and went and came and went. I actually, once again got a lot done. But according to the way I've been counting I only completed 6 of 8 focused tasks.
- Question for you?How many days can a person stay awake before they start acting crazy? Tell me about an experience when you stayed up too long. *email me I think I'll set up a message board for these questions and their answers.
